1) Scene alternation
We alternate a reactive avatar with a product still. Short bursts keep attention while giving captions room to breathe.
2) Caption timing
Write concise lines and give each a readable window (≈2–2.5s). Sync the switchovers to line breaks, not frames.
3) Onyx TTS + sidechain ducking
Generate the VO first, then sidechain the bed under it so intelligibility stays high without muting the vibe.
4) Puppeteer frames → ffmpeg
Render HTML scenes at 1080×1920, capture frames, then encode with a contrast/sat pass. Fast, reproducible, portable.
